I have been growing bedding plants for the past twelve years, each year experimenting with different varieties. Eventually, my obsession with plants evolved into a small seasonal business.
You will find here a wide selection of strong, healthy, plants, suited to this climate and hardened off to optimize vigorous growth when planted outdoors - flowers, both annual and perennial, as well as herbs and vegetables. There is nothing that compares with a freshly-picked vine-ripened tomato, juicy and exploding with flavour. I have a special interest in heirloom tomatoes and grow about thirty-five varieties, all excelling in taste and productivity. I can deliver plant orders to Regina, or you can come out to the farm to browse and choose your own plants. Please call before coming. Phone # 738-4905. I am deeply committed to gardening organically, and use no chemical fertilizers or pesticides. Much of my seed supply is collected from plants grown in my yard and garden, and the remainder is purchased from organic sources whenever possible. The bedding plants are all started in the house from seed and then moved to the greenhouse to be transplanted with the help of my family.
